Our Work - Florence Rustic Ranch

Unparalleled craftsmanship is displayed throughout this project. The custom cherry wood bar top is acid etched copper. The fireplaces are native Montana stone, the floors are circular sawn fir, and the windows are cedar.

For added family and guest entertainment, Parmiter Construction, Inc. also supervised the construction of the swimming pool and paddle ball court and constructed the recreation building which houses the pool table and table tennis, and two guest houses.

Cedar logs from British Columbia are scribed to boulders to support the roof over the patio. The custom cherry bar is an invitation to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Creakin Achers
Designed with the "golden years" in mind, an elevator services three floors of this home from the lower floor bar and game room to the open office space on the third floor. The large upper and lower decks allow the homeowner and guests to take advantage of the beautiful mountain vista.

Parade of Homes
Stylish windows and roof lines with a mix of horizontal siding, "hand hewn" beams, and stone on the exterior reflect the designer's and architect's goal of creating a traditional Montana home.
